The drivers on Lenovo's site worked, but they were not obvious. Thanks to focher
Symptoms:
Upon unpacking my new Lenovo X200 tablet (well, my daughter's new Lenovo X200 tablet) I copied the hard drive contents to an external drive and then loaded the 64-bit version of Windows 7 Build 7100. I formatted the primary partition and installed Win7 there.
Resolution:

Freee download pci serial port for hp elitebook. New EliteBook 8540p. I have just tried to install the prolific USB-Serial COM PORT Driver Windows 7 Home 64 bit. HP EliteBook 8540p Notebook PC Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) drivers BIOSHP Notebook System BIOS Update F.21HP Notebook System BIOS Update F.0FDiagnosticHP PC Diagnostics Utility 1.0.1.0HP System Diagnostics UEFI 3.7.0.

After installation some devices were not recognzed. I attached to my network via an Ethernet cable and was able to install some of the drivers by right-clicking and having Win7 search for them on the internet. However it was not able to find the drivers for three devices.Creative Game Port Driver Windows 7
