Bill Starr/Madcow 5x5 Excel with Stalling Feature
Made this for a buddy who saw the stall feature I included in my 531 sheet and wanted a similar feature for his Bill Starr/Madcow 5x5. Thought I'd share this with anyone else that's interested.
Choose how many times to stick to the same weight if you stall for each and every exercise
Increment per cycle
% to reset to for every exercise
% of weight to start with
Set Intervals
16 Weeks
(There is no rounding feature for KG or microloading and since I don't use this myself I won't be making any modifications or updates any times soon. If someone wishes to add this feature by all means go ahead!)

I made a Google Spreadsheet for the StrongLifts 5x5
Hi everyone !
I just finished the first week of StrongLifts, so I'm only at the very beginning. I was planning to log my lifts with a pad and pen, but I forgot to bring it with me as soon as the second session. So I was taking notes on my cellphone and I ended up typing in a Google Spreadsheet.
I am sharing it with you here if you'd like to use it. I suppose you can copy it to your own Google Drive account. Let me know if any trouble. I use Metric units but it's fine with Imperial as well.
I found it simpler than Mehdi's spreadsheets, but it's only a matter of taste. The first sheet is a clear log, that is to be used during the workout. You can edit the file offline as well, it will synchronize later when you have a connection.
The second sheet has the graphs. I was initially intending to have one single graph with all the exercises progress, with different colors depending on the difficulty, but Google Spreadsheet is harder to use than I thought. If you'd like to modify it, I accept any suggestion and the comments are allowed on the spreadsheet itself.
